Order Questions

When will my order ship?

The short answer is as soon as possible.

Normally, our order processing time is 3-5 days, excluding weekends and legal holidays. Once your order has shipped, we will send you tracking information via email. If it does not show any logistics status for your tracking number, please don't be anxious, it usually takes 1-2 days to get the logistics details.

Where does AOSEED ship?

We ship from our US warehouse to most US locations with a delivery time of 2-7 days.

We ship from our DE warehouse to 53 European countries and territories, with a delivery time of 2-8 days.

Of course, we can also ship directly from our factory in China, if your area is not in our shipping area, please send an email to service@aoseed.com to inquire separately.

How much does shipping cost?

Normal and expedited shipping options are available, and we’ll let you know how much they cost once we know what you’re ordering and where you live etc.

- Normal shipping: takes an estimated 2-7 days, depending on where you live and weather and all that good stuff.

- Expedited shipping: takes an estimated 2-3 days, depending on roughly the same things.

- Special Handling Items: Additional fees may apply to heavy items or items that require special handling as noted on product pages.

What if my product arrived broken?

There's nothing more disappointing than eagerly anticipating the arrival of a new purchase, only for it to arrive broken. Send your order number along with photos of the product and original packaging/packing materials to service@aoseed.com within the first three days of your delivery and we’ll look into its ASAP.

Can I change/cancel my order?

We try to get you your order as fast as we can, which means that if you want to change or cancel your order, email us at service@aoseed.com as soon as you can, otherwise it might be on its way already. If it’s not, we’ll do whatever we can to help.

I entered the wrong address/phone number, can it be fixed?

If you need to change or cancel your order, send us a note at service@aoseed.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Our warehouse operates at a rapid pace. The forklifts are likely bustling around as we speak. Therefore, the sooner you inform us, the greater the likelihood of resolving the issue promptly.

My order always fails, I want to buy your products, what should I do?

Please send us which product you want order along with your shipping address at service@aoseed.com, our support service will make you an offer with a checkout link for you to finish placing the order.

What is your return and refund policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of when they’re delivered. To be returned an item must be unused and unopened, and definitely not ashed in. To return something, please email us first at service@aoseed.com to get started. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items unless otherwise specified or you hand-deliver them back to AOSEED Warehouse. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Stripe, Payoneer(installments supported)
