WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Free shipping
We offer free US Orders shipping on US Orders when order amount is more than 130 US-Dollars.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days, depending on product availability and credit card verification. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days, please contact us at service@aoseed.com. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 1 PM CST will ship the next business day.
Customs, duties and taxes
All international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes levied by your destination country.
Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery.
Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer worldwide shipping. Free US Orders shipping is not valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control.
