This video is a guide to help improve printing connectivity and enhance your printing experience. First, connect to your printer. Ensure your phone and the printer are on the same network and a 2.4GHz network connection is required for your printer. You can also connect to the printer directly using its IP address (go to printer screen, Setting-About-IP). Unable to upload the model? Consider enhancing the Wi-Fi signal or moving the printer to a place with strong signal. Watch the video below. You’ll find it out!
